I have seen the original viral sensation Peter Thomas Roth Eye Tightener and thought it seems to be incredible but had heard it can be tricky to use properly. So I was thrilled to receive the new and improved version for free to try out for my honest review. This eye tightener promises instant results, comfortable long wear, and a seamless finish on its own or with makeup. It combines ingredients such as extra strength skin tightening silicates, seaweed extracts, and an infusion of peptides to help reduce the appearance of under eye circles, fine lines and wrinkles. While the effects are temporary they are impressive. I've used the product several times in several ways, including on someone else while they were sick and showing it. I find the application easy and smooth, particularly with the included brush. Love the fact that the packaging isn't over the top but appropriate for the actual product and brush. I find the results very real, quite instant and comfortable throughout the day. I did find that not every makeup application played well with the tightener, it sometimes pilled underneath it, and it was always fully dry before applying and there was no pilling prior to the application. Now given this wasn't the case each time, there could have been a handful of reasons for this but it was still a tad annoying when it happened. I also tried the idea of mixing the tightener with my foundation but found that did not work at all, not even a little, so perhaps the formula of my foundation, Dior Backstage, does not mix well with this, while others may more easily. Overall, I really do like this product. I don't think I'll wear it every day but absolutely will put it into action when needed! Highly recommend you give it a try, especially if you have a special occasion coming up.

My friend told me about this product. I had been using a similar product that costs about 10x as much, so I had nothing to lose by trying this. The first time I tried this, I was disappointed. I had used the brush and applied evenly, but it did not seem to do anything. The second time I tried this, I decided to apply it with my finger instead. WOW! What a difference! I am 53 years old and struggle with dark circles and loss of volume under my eyes. In about 2 minutes, those are gone, and the effects last all day! No more dark circles, and the fine lines are gone. I applied only to one eye so you could see the difference. This is with no other makeup on. On the untreated eye, I have fine lines and dark, recessed skin that makes me look tired. The treated eye is smooth underneath and more closely matches the rest of my skin. It even feels more plumped and smooth. I tried multiple times to upload a side-by-side comparison, but every time I try to upload a photo the submit button disappears. I have even tried resizing my photo and reducing the resolution, but it appears the upload photo feature is broken. This will absolutely become a staple in my beauty bag! Now my 79-year old mom has ordered it!

Sometime I have puffiness, dark circle, and little fine lines, so I want something quick to help. The product come with a brush, which I really like. The brush make application smooth, even, and clean. I don't need to use my fingers, so it feel more easy and professional. The texture is light, not heavy, and it dry fast. After a few minutes, I can see my under eye look more tight and smooth. Puffiness look less and fine lines not so visible. It make my face look more fresh and awake, like I have good rest. The effect is temporary, but very good for special days or when I need fast result. I feel more confident using it.

Wow! It does really work. I have seen the videos online and was skeptical that it would really work but it does. I love that it comes with the brush because that does make it easier to apply then using your finger. You do not need a whole lot just about a pea size or less for each eye. You paint it on and give it about 3 minutes to dry. You can see it working as it dries! It does give you a little bit of a tight feeling, but I notice that more near the corners of the eye and not so much underneath. There is no noticeable residue of the product once it is dry.
